December 14, 201910 STEPS UPward is a new set of training for experienced HR professionals.
The first step: CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
This Conflict Management course will help you to:
- recognize the conflict,
- diagnose the conflict,
- analyze the conflict;
- apply appropriate tools to manage it.
The course will be conducted by Arpi Karapetyan, an Internationally Certified HR Professional (SPHRi, SHRM-SCP), Internationally Certified Coach (EPC), trainer, and consultant.
Arpi is the Founder and General Manager of Cascade People & Business, Founder & Chairman of Armenian HR Association and initiator of the Regional HR Conference.
