6Q academy combines leadership training, emotional intelligence development, resilience building, and communication practice in one integrated program. Each session blends theory with hands-on exercises, simulations, and reflection to ensure real behavioral change.

⌛ The duration of 6Q academy is 2 months. It covers 6 practical skills in one program. There will be 8 meetings (3 hours each), combining theory with hands-on practice. Participants will take assessments at the beginning and end of the program to track their progress. A certificate of completion will be awarded at the end of the program.
